How long will it take to get my order

For US shipping, we usually ship within 2 business days from Kansas after you place your order. All orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday are processed the following business day. 

Delivery time is in addition to standard processing time. The following delivery times are estimates vs. guaranteed. 

Standard / Ground shipping is through USPS or UPS and usually takes 1-7 business days, depending on the delivery destination. Please order early. 

USPS Priority Mail takes 1 to 3 business days. However, this is only estimate and does NOT guarantee delivery dates or time in transit.

UPS Next Day: 1 business day. Weekends are not considered transit days. 

UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days. Weekends are not considered transit days. 

The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons. 

Do you ship outside of the US?

Currently, we only offer shipping in the United States due to high shipping charges for international markets ($60+). If you’re interested in ordering, please provide the following info and email us at info@brittnierenee.com, we’d be happy to provide shipping quotes: 

1. Exact item(s) and quantity you’d like to purchase

2. Shipping address/city/zip code

3. The date that you would like your order to be delivered.

Please note that we are not responsible for any international customs and duty fees, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier. These fees are in addition to shipping costs. If you refuse to pay these additional fees requested by the carrier, we won't be able to cancel or refund your order or the shipping costs.

Notes for Canadian customers: Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on shipments entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties, and other taxes on goods. A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Please note that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. https://www.ups.com/ca/en/shipping/zones-and-rates/customs-clearance.page 

I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

Please contact us at info@brittnierenee.com ASAP. After an order is fulfilled and shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, unfortunately. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we'd be happy to issue a refund of your items, except the original shipping cost. Or we can re-ship it to a new address, but you will be responsible for the re-ship charges.

I've used separate planners for life and for business. How will combining them into one planner help me?

This planner offers you a streamlined approach to combining your life and business goals. Our lives and our businesses tend to blend together in many ways, and this planner allows you the space and support to bring balance to both.

I'm not a business owner. Will this planner work for me?

If you desire to build rhythms that work for your life and you wear a lot of hats, this planner is for you!

When will I have access to the course and the facebook community?

As soon as your purchase is finalized, you’ll receive a link to access the Facebook community and The Planning & Productivity Course.

What's the difference between the physical planner and the digital version?

The design and layout of the paper version and the digital version are the same, which makes them ideal to use together. My favorite way to use both versions is to use the paper planner as my master copy that lives on my desk or my kitchen counter and to use the digital planner when I’m on the go

I received a damaged planner. How can I get this taken care of?

We are so sorry that your planner arrived less than perfect. Please email us at info@brittnierenee.com so we can resolve this issue for you!

What is your refund policy?

Orders CAN BE canceled if your order hasn't shipped AND our estimated processing time is overdue. No returns or cancellations for other reasons. Exchanges on damaged items.

Our policy only allows for exchanges of damaged goods. Processing times are the best estimate of when your planner will ship but this can be delayed during peak seasons. 

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange by emailing us at info@brittnierenee.com with your order number and images documenting the damage to your planner. 

Variations can occur during the printing process. These characteristics do not affect the usability of the Capture The Chaos planner and are not considered damaged. Printing is more of an art than a science and these unpreventable and minor variations lend themselves to the personality of each unique product.

What is your shipping policy?

Keep the shipping and processing time in mind when choosing to order your planner

Orders CAN BE cancelled if your order hasn't shipped AND our estimated processing time is overdue. Orders can not be canceled or changed once placed for any other reasons.

If you need to update your address, please email info@brittnierenee.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this request.

After placing an order, orders typically will ship from our warehouse in about 2 days. Our processing time varies by the season & demand, so processing times can fluctuate. (Processing Notes: Non-business days include Saturday, Sunday & holidays.)

These times are only estimates and can vary. Processing times can vary at a greater frequency during the months of December & January. 

Once shipped, your planner should arrive at your door within 1 to 7 days for US orders. 

You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is ready to ship. If you placed an order and have not received your tracking information by the end of our estimated processing time, please email us at info@britnierenee.com.
